Telehealth services provide opportunities for individuals around Australia to engage in psychology services.

ADHD Assessments

The Comprehensive Child Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessment is suitable for children aged 5 to 18 years. Many of the behaviours associated with ADHD are developmentally appropriate in childhood. Therefore, it is essential that a comprehensive assessment is appropriately conducted to allow for reliable and valid diagnostic decisions


It includes:

  • An initial intake appointment
  • Clinical Interviews with parents/guardian and other professionals (i.e., school teacher)
  • Administration of ADHD rating scales and other screening questionnaires
  • A cognitive assessment may be required if there are any learning difficulties
  • An Interpretative Comprehensive Report with recommendations for future actions
  • Feedback session in which a written report is presented and discussed.

ASD Assessments

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessments are for children 3 years old and above. 


It includes:

  • An initial intake appointment
  • MIGDAS parent session
  • MIGDAS child/adolescent session
  • Possible MIGDAS teacher session/school observation
  • Administration of ASD rating scales and other screening questionnaires
  • A cognitive assessment may be required if there are any learning difficulties
  • An Interpretative Comprehensive Report with recommendations for future actions
  • Feedback session in which a written report is presented and discussed.

Cognitive & Educational Assessments

Cognitive assessment (or intelligence testing) is used to determine an individual’s general thinking and reasoning abilities, also known as intellectual functioning (IQ). Cognitive assessments can assess various domains of your child’s cognitive capacity in ages 2 ½ years to 16 years.

Academic/Educational assessments are used to determine an individual’s academic and learning ability. These assessments look into Specific Learning Disorders (i.e., Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia)


It includes:

  • An initial intake appointment
  • 2 hour cognitive assessment with the child (WPPSI-IV or WISC-IV) and/or academic assessment (WIAT)
  • Other relevant assessment tools, including behavioural questionnaires completed by parents and teachers
  • An Comprehensive Interpretative Report with recommendations for future actions
  • Feedback session in which a written report is presented and discussed.
